My terrible online shopping experience at Shreve & Co has compelled me to share this cautionary tale. I encountered a promotional offer last year that led to a purchase, and now, a year later, I'm left with an unfulfilled promise and immense frustration. BEWARE!!! Do not trust their promotional offers. I bought my husband an IWC watch during an event, and a year later, we have yet to receive the additional strap that was to be included in the purchase. We’ve reached out multiple times to the store manager and stopped by the store only to be told he wasn’t available or not in store. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this run-around is unacceptable, and it's severely impacted my trust in their business.
Customer: "I'm calling about a promotional offer from last year. I bought an IWC watch, and we're still missing the promised additional strap, a year later. BEWARE!!! Do not trust your promotional offers. We've been given the run-around."
CS Rep: "I am truly sorry to hear this, that's unacceptable. Please accept my sincere apologies. Can you provide me with the date of purchase or any transaction details so I can look into this immediately?"
Customer: "It was an in-store event purchase, around [Month] last year. We've tried reaching the store manager multiple times, but he's always unavailable. None of the other employees seem willing or able to help. It's incredibly frustrating."
