However, 8 months later, I am amending my rating because I never heard from Brandon or anyone at Shreve PA after visiting and lodging my interest in a Rolex DJ 41. The disappointment was profound, especially since I secured the exact watch I wanted from another Authorized Dealer just one month after my Shreve visit, and have since purchased even more from them. It truly feels like Shreve missed a significant opportunity to earn my continued business. This lack of follow-up compelled me to leave this review and reach out to customer service, hoping to understand why.
